BioHello all, my name is Lana and I'm 34 years old. I have one beautiful daughter and I am a single mom. I recently joined this online joural to find support groups for my weigth loss goals. I have diabetes and I need to lose some weight to get it under control. I'm sure I can do it, I just would like to correspond with people like me...who have some of the same challenges.
